After an open house in May, the developer is now applying for zoning change and submitting the site plan for 319, 325 and 327 Richmond Road. The project wraps around on 380 Winona and 381 Churchill.
The proposed development would be 9-storeys, with 185 rental units with 130 vehicle parking spaces (residential and visitor) on two levels of underground parking. Bicycle parking will also be provided. Underground parking access will be from the Northwest corner of the property off of Churchill Avenue North. Commercial is proposed at grade.
