Westboro Beach is officially open for the summer! It has been beautifully landscaped and a new seasonal café put in the lower level managed by Wilderness Tours. In addition to the food service, Wilderness Tours will offer watercraft rentals and tours that will launch from the beach.
The foundation of the historic Skeads Mill have been uncovered and preserved with an interpretation plaque. There are volleyball courts and children’s playground.
On the upper level is an all season restaurant that will open sometime in the fall. There will be bathrooms and a rest area in that building all year round so active users can warm up.
