The applicant is seeking to build a three-storey residential apartment building with 18 units and no parking. The current zoning would require a visitor spot and three resident parking spots, a 9.12m rear-yard setback (5.86m is proposed), a maximum permitted projection into the rear yard of 1.2m (1.52m is proposed), a rear yard area of 25% (21.2% is proposed).
