1705 Carling Ave – Webb’s Motel – Site Plan Control open house
Please join us on Tuesday, June 19 from 7:00 to 8:30pm in the main lobby of Dovercourt Recreation Centre (411 Dovercourt Ave) for an open house pertaining to the Site Plan Control application for a development at 1705 Carling Avenue (Webb’s Motel).
The application is seeking to develop a nine-storey mixed-use building, containing a residential care facility on the first six storeys with the upper three storeys containing 68 residential dwelling units.

The agenda for the open house is as follows:
7:00-7:30pm: Attendees arrive, have a chance to take a look at the presentation boards
7:30-7:45pm: High-level presentation by the development team on the project
7:45-8:15pm: Q + A
8:15-8:30pm: Wrap-up and opportunity for further one-on-one discussions
