The latest Committee of Adjustment application in our neighbourhood is for 472 Melbourne Avenue.
The Applicants wish to subdivide the property into two parcels of land for the construction of two detached dwellings, one on each of the lots, and to establish easements for a shared driveway. The existing dwelling will be demolished.
The Applicants seek the Committee’s consent to sever land. The Applicants also request that the Committee authorize several minor variances from the Zoning By-law including increased building height, a reduced interior side yard setback, an increased deck projection and an increased building depth from front lot line.
