The latest Committee of Adjustment application in our neighbourhood is for 498 Golden Avenue.
The proposal is to demolish the existing dwelling in order to construct a 2.5-storey detached dwelling with an exterior side yard facing attached garage. In order to facilitate this development, a minor variance is required.
The requested variance is to permit a maximum building height of 9.76 m whereas the maximum permitted building height is 8.0m.
