Granite Curling Club: Site plan and re-zoning


The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application to construct three high-rise residential apartment buildings, with a total of 857 units, on the former Granite Curling Club property (2006, 2020, 2026 Scott and 314 and 318 Athlone). The development will include a total of 441 parking spaces, and 442 bicycle parking spaces.
