The owners of 316-322 Clifton Rd are applying for a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Control to permit the development of 29 three-story townhouses on Clifton Road. The proposal consists of 17 traditional townhouses facing Clifton Road and Wilber Avenue and 12 back to front townhouses on the west side of the property. The application has not been submitted yet, but once available full details will be posted on DevApps.
