Three critical applications will be presented tomorrow for long semi-detached properties at 514 Roosevelt Avenue, 508 Roosevelt Avenue and 580 Churchill Avenue. This kind of over intensification is unacceptable and is threatening to become rampant in our neighbourhood. Jeff hopes that if turnout is very high at this week’s meeting, these may be rejected, so we are trying to encourage as many as possible to attend.
