The latest Committee of Adjustment application in our neighbourhood is for 300 Parnell Avenue.
The Applicants want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land to construct a two-storey, semi-detached dwelling, as shown on plans filed with the Committee. The Applicants also request that the Committee authorize a minor variance from the Zoning By-law to permit reduced interior side yard setbacks. The existing dwelling will be demolished.
