The community association has been advised that a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application has been submitted for 320 McRae Avenue and 315 Tweedsmuir Avenue (D02-02-20-0026, D07-12-20-0035). The applicant is proposing a 26-storey, mixed-use development containing 318 residential units, ground floor commercial/retail, and 181 underground parking spaces.
