Westboro Earth Day 2026

Join us for Earth Day on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 10:00 am till noon. Help us clean up Westboro’s main street!

Committee of Adjustment – 563 Churchill Avenue

The Applicant wishes to construct a 12-unit apartment building with a commercial unit on the ground floor, as shown on plans filed with the Committee. The existing dwelling is to be demolished. Hearing set for April 22, 2026.

Committee of Adjustment – 472 Melbourne Avenue

The Applicants wish to subdivide the property into two parcels of land for the construction of two detached dwellings, one on each of the lots, and to establish easements for a shared driveway. The existing dwelling will be demolished. Hearing set for April 22, 2026.

Committee of Adjustment – 280 Wesley Avenue

UPDATE: Committee has reserved their decision. Consultations with the neighbours and with Hydro Ottawa resulted in a modification to the plans for the addition. The new plans are to be considered in the application before the Committee of Adjustment to be heard April 8, 2026.

Committee of Adjustment – 318-324 Duncairn Avenue

UPDATE: Matter adjourned to April 22nd meeting. For each of the two addresses, the same Applicant wants to subdivide each property into two parcels of land to create one new lot for a future residential development.
