After quite a bit of consultation, City staff have completed recommendations for amendments to the zoning of the Westboro infill study area. These proposed amendments are available for public review and comment.
The proposed zoning amendment includes a number of regulations intended to permit infill development in a manner that addresses important community characteristics, as noted and expressed throughout the study and by residents during the study’s consultation. The topics include density, rear yard treatment, building envelope and parking.
Councillor Leiper is holding an open house on this to review the proposal.
