The applicant seeks to rezone the subject site from TM (Traditional Mainstreet, Exception 103) and R4G (Residential Fourth Density, Subzone G) to TM[xxxx] in which a site-specific exception would permit the addition of an apartment dwelling, high-rise as a permitted use, a reduction in the front yard setback above 15 metres and an increased building height.
