Committee of Adjustment – 516 Kenwood Avenue

The Applicant wishes to sever the property into two separate lots and to build a new detached
house on each lot. The existing house will be demolished.

In addition to the consent to sever, the Applicant requests that the Committee authorize minor variances from the Zoning By-law including increases to building height (8m to 11m) and walkway width.

From the City Forestry Department: The proposed lot layout with side yard garage accesses will impact 10 of the 37 trees on site, many of which are large, significant trees in the neighbourhood, or on City property. The design also provides limited opportunity to plant the 24 replacement trees which would be required.
