The Applicant wishes to construct a 12-unit apartment building with a commercial unit on the ground floor, as shown on plans filed with the Committee. The existing dwelling is to be demolished.
The Applicant requests that the Committee authorize minor variances from the Zoning By-law including a reduced front yard setback, a reduced rear yard setback and a reduced rear yard area.
