The Applicant wants to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land and to
construct an addition on the south and east sides of the existing dwelling. The addition
would convert the existing dwelling into a semi-detached dwelling, containing two
additional dwelling units in each side (for a total of six units), as shown on plans filed
with the Committee.

The Applicant wants to construct a four-storey, six-unit low rise apartment building on
their property, as shown on plans filed with the Committee.
